C.M.S. est une société spécialisée dans l’étude et la réalisation de machines spéciales automatisées et de prototypes.

Les différents processus réalisables sont nombreux. Ils concernent par exemple les processus de transferts linéaires ou à plateau rotatif indexé, l’assemblage de pièces, le contrôle dimensionnel et qualitatif, la palettisation.

Nos principaux secteurs d’activités sont actuellement la mécanique de précision, l’injection plastique, l’automobile, l’industrie agroalimentaire et la pharmaceutique.

Nos machines sont principalement réalisées avec des automates types Siemens, Rockwel ou Festo.

Depuis 2003 installée dans un nouveau bâtiment à Theux (Belgique), la compagnie créée en 2001 est en plein développement.

C.M.S. ist ein Unternehmen, das sich auf die Entwicklung und Fertigung automatisch arbeitender Sondermaschinen und den Prototypenbau spezialisiert hat.

Das Spektrum an automatisierbaren Prozessen ist breitgefächert. Beispiele hierfür sind Lineartransferverfahren, Schrittmotor-Drehtische, der automatische Teilezusammenbau, die Abmessungs- und Qualitätskontrolle oder automatisches Palettisieren.

Derzeit sind unsere wichtigsten Geschäftsbereiche die Präzisionsmechanik und Kunststoffspritzverfahren, sowie die Automobil-, Lebensmittel- und Pharmaindustrie.

Unsere Maschinen werden hauptsächlich mit Automaten von Siemens, Rockwell oder Festo ausgerüstet.

Das im Jahre 2001 gegründete Unternehmen befindet sich im vollen Aufschwung und ist seit 2003 in seinem neuen Gebäude in Theux (Belgien) untergebracht.

De verschillende realiseerbare processen zijn bijzonder talrijk. Het gaat bijvoorbeeld om lineaire transferprocessen of processen met geïndexeerde draaiplaat, om onderdelenassemblage, dimensionale controle en kwaliteitscontrole en paletstapeling.

Onze belangrijkste activiteitensectoren vandaag zijn de precisiemechanica, de plasticinjectie, de automobielsector, de voedingsindustrie en de farmaceutische sector.

C.M.S. is mostly active in precision machines, injection moulding, automotives parts, food and pharmaceutical industry.
